Is there an Achilles heel to this truck??

Hi there,

I was set on an f150 STX v8, but i live in a cold area. I have a friend with one, and his doors do not close when it's cold. Is there an equivelant issue here? Coming from a Tacoma I am used to 0 issues, just looking to find a full size with the same general idea.

My brother in law just got 2018 F150 last month, the night he brought it home it was super cold here with the windchill, the next day his doors wouldnt close. Long story short - Ford has a recall on that issue. His doors now close when it's cold after they did whatever the recall covered...

Some folks seem to have some glitches in the electronics when it is below freezing... intermittent pauses on the audio.
I know when I was WI for a bit the temps were in the low 20's and the mirrors would sometimes not tilt back up.
