I have noticed this flange connection leaks water after a cold start so it is leaking exhaust. Is there a gasket in there? I plan to replace the bolts and nuts which I assume will snap off once I try and impact them, just wanna replace the gasket too if there is one. I tried to take a pic, this is right after the catalytic converter.....

No gasket. And if you wire-brush and spray them with penetrating oil, it should come apart without breaking. If they do break, they need to be drilled out, so I would soak them real good.

Ahhh so they arent a loose nut and bolt? The bolt part is fused/welded to the flange?
