Long story short, when putting the front bumper back on I put some decent scratches in the small front fascia panels below the headlights. And on both sides. I am super bummed to set the least. Does anyone know if I can order painted replacement versions?

Maybe. Are you talking about plastic or metal? The bumper itself appears to only come unpainted but most if not all plastic parts can be ordered pre-painted.
Have a pic?

The plastic pieces right below the headlights.

It's not an oem painted part, but other companies are selling it pre-painted

Looks like it come unpainted from the factory, but you can buy it from several places pre-painted.

These appear to be what you are looking for.

Any recommendations for a place to get it pre-painted?

You can find them on new and factory repainted eBay from time to time but not very often. The mirror covers you buy pre painted from a dealer but for some reason these pieces and the fender flairs not so much.

I've found them from this eBay seller both new and used.

Nope.

Google shows this place will paint it any color code you want, looks like $195 a side

I would call the dealer give them your Vin to 100% make sure the part number I gave you is correct before you order a painted part. Returns are very unlikely if I had to guess once they paint it.
