Is it possible to Add the USB/Media Port to the back of a 1500?

Noticed mine is missing the rear USB quad port for your passenger convenience....
I know with some manufacturers the guts are there (its cheaper to make 1 wiring harness and hide what they don't buy), wondered if it was as simple as removing a panel, slotting in a hub and connecting it up?

Has anyone done it yet?

No that I am aware of, but You could add an aftermarket one very easily. The downside is you would need to remove and drill into the console. I've done it and bit looks like a factory install.

plus the wiring harness, worst case scenario a different center console panel - i will investigate if its a slot in part.
