Is a tune needed for a cold air intake mod?

Hey everyone, to be honest haven't done much searching for this answer. Just came straight here with the question. If I'm upgrading to an AFe momentum GT cold air intake do I need to tune my engine?

No...you also won’t feel any gains. I have an intake and an Borla exhaust. The gains are minimal, but man does it sound good!

Nice! I just purchased an S-type and am looking to install that also when I get home from Afghanistan.
