Interior camera

After I swapped my 8.4” for the 12.1”UC5 I have an open fakra connector on the radio module and someone told me it was for an interior camera for another vehicle that uses the same radio module. My question is, has anyone activated this either with Alfa or jscan, etc? If I use an oem camera with the fakra connection(digital I assume), does this input remain on while driving unlike the backup cam or aux cam inputs? I was thinking of possibly us this for a forward facing camera

I could be wrong, but I thought that other connector was for the cargo cam.
