Incentives for December

I know no one has a crystal ball and this probably gets asked in various ways a lot, searching didn't get me any good answers... I'm looking to pick up a new Laramie and am not quite getting the discount I was hoping for. When I bought my last truck I think the timing was very well and was north of 25% off MSRP. The Laramie's I'm considering MSRP in the low 60's and the best deals I'm finding are about 9k off. Being close to December is it probable incentives might be a bit better (either 2020s or 2021s) or should I just pull the trigger?

I honestly don't think dealers know what the "new" incentives are until the day the new ones hit. Some like to guess, but I'd not work a deal based off "next month's" incentives. DealerConnect is the only true source for rebates, and its always VIN specific.
