Ram 1500 8 Speed Transmission Thermostat Upgrade.
I don't get how this thing is helping to keep the transmission cooler? Or is it not supposed to unless we install the thermostat bypass. To me it looks like it does not by pass the oem heater at all? I could be totally missing the point of this thing.
Edit: I miss read the instructions. I get it now. Factory thermostat gets removed.
My question now is looks like folks are getting anywhere from 140ish to 168ish. Seems a little low like in the unsafe side of low? Maybe 168 is good but 140?
