I need guidance getting music to read properly from a thumb drive

I replaced my Ecodiesel with a Hurricane in line 6. on the Ecodiesel I could renumber all the songs starting at 1001 and take a tag editor to make the track numbers match and I was golden. with the 2025 version of Uconnect I finally figured out that I had to have playlists for each album. but the it doesn't go to the next album(it just loops). and it regularly jumps to specific track to start to be malicious. it is always the same track on that stick, and there isn't any logic to the pick, one one of the sticks it is Beethoven's 3rd, on the other stick it is the 10th track in 51st directory of 118. and it goes back to that track regularly even though it isn't the beginning of that album nor is it where I left off. I don't really want to buy a special player, I can't figure out why a stick doesn't work. it is less important for rock or jazz albums but damn irritating for opera. thanks in advance
