I had a set of Husky X-act Contour mats in my 2017 Ram crew cab. I used them over my factory rubber all weather mats with no issues. I assume, the center hump liner you are referring to is for the front seat. I had that in mine as the front seat was a bench seat and that part filled that gap between the floor liners on drivers and passenger side.

I saved them when I recently sold the 2017 thinking I might be able to use them in my to be ordered 2021, but I think the 5th gen may be a bit different so I will probably end up selling them. The Husky liners are very nice quality though. I switched to them from Weathertechs because the material seemed much nicer.
