Hp tuner?

Is hp tuner capable of doing the same things alfa obd does? For example turning on tailgate ajar warning. I'll be unlocking my pcm soon and already own hp tuner. Thanks

No, they are completely differnet devices that have nothing in common.

Ok alfa is strictly for BCM. I've never looked for BCM settings in hp before while tuning engine and trans. Thanks

It's not just for BCM but it's akin to a dealership tool.
The HP Tuner is just for adjusting parameters on the PCM on TCM, ie a tuner.
