I have a 2019 Longhorn 1500 crew cab with a 6.5’ bed.
I recently had the TPMS sensors replaced with aftermarket ones and can’t get the truck to recognize them.
The installer used a sensor tool to program them, I’ve driven 50 plus miles uninflated and reinflated the tires drove another 30 miles, still nothing. We also did a hard reset by disconnecting the battery and draining the electrical system.
The installer used an OBD scanner to read the codes and cleared all but two that wouldn’t go away. He doesn’t have a Mopar scanner so he doesn’t know what the remaining codes refer to.
I wonder if the codes play into this or are the sensors incompatible, they are universal programmable type. Altus brand I believe.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
