How to save radio channels on 2019 RAM

When I set my radio preset channels on my 2019 RAM (12” screen) they disappear when I restart the truck. Any ideas on how to save so they don’t disappear

Did you set up XM guardian. Until you set up a profile it won’t save the stations.

OP: get the Uconnect manual; it's a separate publication from the owner's manual.

Long-pressing a preset button should install that station on that button and it should be saved for eternity. If yours is not doing this, something is wrong.

No way.

FCA is not known for these sorts of bullcrap linkages. Linking basic Uconnect functionality to a subscription service (XM Gaurdian) is something Ford or GM would do.

What Electrical said--it takes a long press and maybe longer than you think. Just hold it longer than you think you need too and maybe it will be what you needed.

If you have memory seats, set your stations, then press the memory button on the door.
Add your truck info to your profile so we can tell what options you may have. Easier to get help that way.

I never set up a profile and mine are saved.
