How to safely clean the inside of my tail gate

These past months i have been hauling dirt sand what have you and ive accumulated alot of debris and rocks insode of my tsilgate from sweeping out the bed at the dump. How in the world do i safely clean out the inside of my tail gate 🤔

Like inside the skin? If so, not a lot you can do. If you are comfortable pulling the access panel you can use a low pressure hose and try and avoid electronics and see if you can hose out the inside through the weep holes, but I’ve had trucks for over 20 years and have never had to clean out the inside of the tailgate. If it’s just surface stuff just hose it out.

Dont know why i didnt think of taking off the panel. But thanks i may just do so. Ya is inside the tail gate. Some how alot got in through the weep holes. Ive tried getting my vaccum hose in there. Or how bout using air compressor????
 
Air should work fine. May even want to try a shop vac
