How to remove window sweep on a 2500 mega cab 2019 to window tint?

Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the window sweep on all 4 doors of my 2500 mega cab year 2019?

I bought some pre cut window tint and im going to do the install myself, would like to remove the window sweep to make for a easier install and reduce the chances of errors.
