How to identify UC4 module/screen versus UC5?

I am talking to someone about a 12" screen and modules, they claim to be a UC5 but I want to verify before meeting up with the person. He gave me pictures of the part number but looking to see how to verify the part # is UC5 or not, same with the screen.

The module is uc5, but you need to see the part number of the screen itself to verify it. You are only showing the bezel part number
