How safe are wheel spacers ?

Hey, guys I just installed two wheel spacers in the rear, I'm a little worried because there is nothing holding the rim in place now just bolts. Will I be ok will the bolts on hold? www.bonoss.com

Plenty of folks on here running wheel spacers including myself without issue. Use a well trusted manufacturer, make sure they are hub centric and the correct size for your hub.
