How does the rear seat heater wiring connector come apart on a 2020 longhorn 1500?

Trying to remove my drivers rear seat to do some work and my old eyes can't see hoe that connector under the seat comes apart. Anyone know?

On my 2020, there is a lever on the truck side of the black connector that you have to press down on, if you get enough light, you can see it. There is a white locking piece under it that pulls back so you can depress the lever and pull them apart.
