Just curious if anyone gets a hot oil smell in the cabin after pushing the H/O motor. I do a lot of driving in the mountains and push this thing pretty hard when passing folks, etc. Also, if I am messing around on shorter drives but going hard, I get a smell in the cabin that’s not so much burnt oil but hot oil, if that makes any sense. Curious if this is normal for turbos or normal after 6500 miles. I don't have any warnings or visible leaks. I have not manually checked oil levels, however.

Throw a catch on it and see if that helps. Boosted applications need two catch cans. Put a vented one on the non-pcv side and another inline with PCV valve

As you can see by my 12 total message on this message board, I have no idea what you just said.. But thanks, I will do some research in that direction and see what I find and appreciate the input.
