Horn honks when I shut off engine and open the door!

So I have been having this issue with my truck and I wanted to post the solution for anyone else who comes across this problem. My camera stopped working right after I bought the truck (NOT HAPPY!) and after searching this forum I found that if I disconnected my battery it would reset and the camera would work. Problem is that I think I scrambled something in the security system and I could not control the horn honk ON/OFF option. The most annoying thing was once I shut the engine off and opened the door the horn would honk. I tried to set my preferences in the Settings page on my stereo but that did not work. I actually found the fix on another Ram Forum so I am just copying what that member posted.

TO RESET THE ALARM: Put your key in the ignition, turn it to the on/run position (just shy of starting the engine), then turn the key back to the off position; Within 5 seconds press the program button 3 times on the alarm sensor (mine was mounted below my steering column near my left knee), at which point your horn will honk once. Remove your key from the ignition, close your door after you exit the truck, and locking/unlocking with the key fob should
 
I'm having this same issue with the 5th gen, push button start. Does anyone know how to reset the factory alarm for 5th gen? Can't "turn key" since it's a fob and push button.
