Im pretty sure one of them is dead, sounds like a Fiat when I honk now. Im actually surprised it happened, seems early for a horn to die and doing research, it seems this happens relatively frequently? Ive replaced a horn in the past, just wanted to ask for any tips, etc before I get in there.
I initially assumed there may just be some snow or ice in the horn (which is possible will wait until it warms up anyway before tackling this) but I honk at drivers frequently so it is safe to assume it died, LOL
