Hood flex

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a new 2019 ram Laramie, my first ever dodge. When I get up to highway speed, the middle of the hood just below the windshield, flexes up and down. Sometimes it doesn't pop up. I only have 375 miles on the truck. I was just wondering if anyone else had any problems like this.
