Hitch height?

I ordered a 21 Longhorn 4x4 with air suspension but no off road group. I want to order a coupler with the appropriate drop for my car hauler so I can start towing as soon as my truck gets in. Can anyone give me a quick measurement of their hitch height on a similarly equipped Ram?

I've got two of these and they've served me well, but I'm open to other recommendations. I don't need a weight-distribution hitch. In fact, my trailer manufacturer (Trailex) says they would actually damage the trailer.

My '20 Limited with air and no off road group, the step 1 measurement is 20" at the middle height setting on the suspension.
