JUST CURIOUS CHANGED THE DISPLAY THEME BUT AFTER RESTARTING THE VEHICLE IT DEFAULTS BACK TO THE ORIGINAL THEME ANYWAY OF SAVING MY CHOICE OF THEME

Assuming that you're talking about the theme in the driver's instrument cluster (rather than on the radio)... not really. There are at least two threads here about the issue. The radio remembers the theme but the instrument cluster reverts to the default. If your radio is losing the theme and your truck has seat memory, try setting/updating the seat memory after changing the theme (or radio/XM presets).
