Hexa Backup comparisson tool

Hello Members,
I would like to compare my Hexa Backup file done with AlfaOBD, to another older backup I have to see and revert changes.
Do you know of any tool capable of that?

I have created the text back up "Body_Chrysler....ext" by Alpfaobd (and renamed it "Body_Chrys.....Factory_Config.txt" on my phone, PC and Google drive. I would like the hexadecimal version so that it can be written directly to the BCM in a restore operation (not for viewing and editing). I would simply create both a binary and ascii back up after each change. Where did you find the options for hex backup & restore?
