A video from Butter Da Insider about whether the return of the Hemi in its original form is such a good deal or not?

yes it's a good deal. call it spin if you want it is cheaper.
like the other thread pointed out it comes with the the 33 gal tank
in 2019 the hemi was 1395.00 the 33 gal was 445.00 adjusted for inflation.......it's cheaper today, 2019 1845.00 equals 2319.92 in 2025 dollars
i'm not giving a lesson in economics and apparently Butter needs one. when you print more money and put it into circulation it brings down the value of the said money. that is why EVERYTHING costs more
so yes the base price seems "higher" but grading on a curve it's not.
$56,000 for my laramie in 2019 is equivalent in purchasing power to about $70,414.68 today but you can get a laramie from mark dodge today for around 52 -55k so YES it is cheaper.

I was surprised by his comments about the exhaust and 33-gal tank. From what I've read a lot of people are happy about those add-ons. I want the 33-gal tank myself! Thanks for the financial analysis!

I do feel Ram's long term primary interest is in the Hurricane though.

It seems to me he's just stirring the pot to incite comments (i.e. traffic) on his video channel.

Just because you wanted a Hemi without a 33 gallon tank and without a sport exhaust doesn't mean that those things have no value when you do receive them along with your Hemi. Counting the cost of those things as part of the "cost of a Hemi" makes no sense.

I was hoping they would bring the hemi back minus the etorque. Eliminating that extra weight and complexity, not to mention the fact that Ram already can’t support 100% of the et’s already in existence, seems like it would be a smart cost cutting measure.

The person in that video is either just talking trying to get clicks or he should have been in a makeup math class in high school. Like maybe 5th grade math.

Given time they may well do just what you are talking about. Time will tell.
