help with clock

my 25 ram1500 clock, cannot set clock. if i set it to the correct time it will work until i turn it off then it goes to some other time. any help please

Do you have your phone connected? Are you using wifi on your Uconnect screen?

If you have the basic 8.4 screen with no Nav, then you need to set the clock manually through the screen. Do a soft reset before you do.
