HELP !!!Tonneau Cover Latch - Mopar (68161086AA)

Broke the latch on my soft cover and now cant close it. I can find the part online but for the life of me cant figure out how to get the old one out so I can install the new one.

I don't have one, and your picture doesn't show enough, but I'm guessing you have to remove that allen head screw. From what I can see, the screw probably locks the piece in, and holds the spring pressure. If you pull, or at least loosen that screw, the assembly should move in the track. You may have to remove some kind of cap in the track, to slide all the way out.
