I have a 2020 Laramie 2500 mega cab diesel. I purchased it new in Jan 2021 The rear heated seats don't work and haven't since I purchased it. The dealer has had it for 35 days, this time... total of 49 shop days so far.... The Ram engineers have had the technicians change out the rear heated seat control module 3 times, all 4 heating pads, both switches, the wiring harness & a body control module. A head engineer is flying in early next week to put hands on my truck with the techs... anyone else have an issue like this? I'm guessing before much longer they will talk to me about replacing the vehicle....
