HELP! Radio, cargo light, 115v troubles

I need some advise on where to look to trouble shoot these issues. I was driving and the cluster was flashing that the cargo light is on and the 115v inverter is on, and then the display on the radio went black(sound kept playing). None of the radio controls work, volume stuck where it was, heater controls don’t work, cargo light is not on and they really aren’t button does nothing. I shut the truck off and the radio continued to play and will not shut off even with all doors open. I can’t reset the radio, so I pulled the fuse to prevent the battery from draining. The dash still shows the cargo light on, but it’s not on. The radio fuse is still out until I can figure this out. Any ideas where to start?

Anyone have any insight to this? It’s very intermittent and the radio staying on lead to a dead battery this weekend. I thought it was off, but the next morning the battery was dead so must not have been. I jumped it and it’s been ok since, but randomly the issues pop up for no reason
