Help please

I’ve been getting this screen the past 3 days and can not use CarPlay. Any help is appreciated.

Wired or wireless CarPlay? I’d reboot the phone first. If wired, Try another cable or another usb port to see if that helps.

Damn. Sorry to hear that. Could be the cable. What model phone do you have? Can you try a different iPhone?

I'd start by trying a different USB cable. iPhones are seem very picky about the cable used. It's possible something happened to the current cable in the truck.

You could also try the USB port on rear of center console.

Unless using a wireless carplay adapter the UC4 system is only wired. And you wouldn't get a device not supported using wireless regardless. It just wouldn't even connect

Got it figured out. I had an update on the iPhone itself and also used a new cable
