Please help, my 22 3500 limited has been stuck in shipping delay for 5 weeks now and nobody has any information. The vin is 3C63RCFL8NG244091. It's expedited through customer service. When asking for the expediters name they have no idea where to search. Ram is supposed to text, nope, CS supervisor was calling back with additional info, nope. Thanks in advance. Btw, x employee.
