What are you trying to use, and do you have anything at all plugged into the USBs? Including the hidden one in the console.

I tried a USB CD/DVD player just to see if it worked and I got that same message.

I have removed all wireless devices from vehicle( phone tablet earbuds) and unplugged all USB cords.
My mechanic said I could hard reset..not my forte..

Join the crowd, and no a hard rest or removing the battery cables didn't fix it. In matter of fact having the screen out and the whole thing disconnected from the radio or telematic module for over 6 hrs didn't fix it. Playing with the USB hubs didn't fix it like some people had luck with.

I have more problems then just that, but when it started. It was maybe the first 3 times every 15 min. Then it went away, but now it pops up every 5 min. With nothing plugged in and no bluetooth devices attached. Mine actually started doing it back in October, when I lost my Streaming stations on my radio. A soft reset worked back then for about 2 weeks. Then I lost my stations again, and the Device not supported showing up again. When I got my stations back around Thanksgiving it went away. When I lost my streamiing stations it started again. Like I said now it is a constant PITA. When I am using google maps it pops up over it. When I listen to the radio it pops up over it.

I am bringing my truck to a dealer to see whats going on with my streaming stations, and the device not supported popping up. I hope it is only a software update. But I realize since I lost my settings under System Information/Connetivity. This is when the problem always seems to start.

Any update on this? I just replaced the USB port hub and I still get that stupid device not supported message. It's annoying.

I can't talk about it too much. Just that Ram refuses to fix it and it is the hands of a lawyer at this time.

Damn like that? Once you get it situated, let us know. I wish we could get better customer service for too many factory defects with these vehicles.

So heres the update now that I am back on my feet. If I had a 2017 up to a 2019 I might have been able to get it taken care of has the second owner. That is the last year they coverd under a class action on U-connect. The lawyer looking into this for me, said it would cost me more then if I just went ahead and fixed it. Unless I can get enough people from 2020 and on having problems related to radios and telematic modules and the U-connect. Then the reality is, I probably won't either be alive the way I am going or own the truck. by the time it went through the court with these A-Holes. Though he says that there was a precedence set with the previous U-connect class action. If I was the orginal owner I would have had a better chance of maybe getting something done. So it is in limbo, but I was sick and didn't drive for almost a month. But my kid would start and drive it every couple of days. I finally get in it, and the internet stations worked. Until I turned it off and restarted it. Unless I trade it in for a Ford F150 this will probably be the last vehicle I own anyway. I could do without Sirus and hearing the same music over and over on the stations. Unless I get it for a discount price for another 6 months once my script is up. The device not supported is what pisses me off more, and having to press ok. When I use android auto for Google maps.
