Heated seats steering wheel not working

I have a 2019 ram 1500 Laramie longhorn. Took this truck to the dealership to get it fixed they worked for a few weeks then nothing. I have the heated and vented seats front and back with the heated steering wheel. The back seats work fine but the front ones don’t work at all they replaced the connector under the front passenger seat and everything was working fine for a while but now once the warranty is up I can’t get the front seats to heat up or vent along with the steering wheel. The memory and seat adjustment work fine. Has anyone else had this issue and how did they go about fixing it.
