Heated mirror help

So I have a question, I bought a 19 sport this summer and it has the tow mirrors with power glass and blind spot indicator. With that being said there's not a heated mirror symbol etched in the mirror however the original window sticker states it did in fact come with them. The mirrors also have the signal light on them, question is as it's now cold here in Alberta Canada and today when I drove it the drivers side mirror remained frosted.. I can see a 2 wire harness grey/brown plugged into the mirror glass itself and all other power options work so I assume the module is fine.. just want to confirm it's possible they are in fact heated without the symbol before I order a new glass.. thanks for any help, I did try to research this however did not have much luck.

If they don't have the symbol, they aren't heated. They only come on with the rear window defrost button.

Thank you sir, that's quite unfortunate considering they ran a harness for the Blindspot and signal light but not heated glass..
