Headlight LED off?

Hello guys, I was wondering if there is there a way I can turn my LED AKA HALO off when headlights are off? I've heard that the Tazer DT can have it turned off? maybe? can anyone confirm before I make a purchase? Is there a alternative programmer besides Tazer DT? All I'm looking for is to turn off LED when headlights are off...

AlfaODB should be able to do it and a lot cheaper than the Tazer.
