Calling all mechanical sleuths/wizards:
Earlier today, I took my truck to the carwash - the first day it has been over the single digits for a while to get rid of the salt. (Yes, I know it's not good for the truck, but I can't use a hose at the house, it's too cold - frozen pipes will result in ice in the driveway.)
As I was leaving the carwash, my truck would not accelerate. It was in drive, mash down the accelerator - no response (RPMS did not increase from idle, Yes I am sure I was not on the brake.) Changed transmission from drive to Park. Transmission went into Park as desired. I set the parking brake and then tried to raise the RPMs with the accelerator, no response. I put the truck back into Drive and at idle speed - limped into a parking spot. Parked and set parking brake. I turned off the truck, for about 3-5 minutes, I opened the driver's door to help with the truck shutdown process to let all the electronics shut down/sleep. After this process was completed, I restarted the truck, while still in Park - the parking brake still applied, and I was able to raise the RPMs with the accelerator as desired. I put the truck into Drive and continued on with the rest of my errands with several other stops and shutdown cycles.
It was like it never happened and never threw a check engine light and due to the weather I did not plug my security gateway cable to read/look for any trouble/error codes.
So please chime in with your thoughts and ideas.
FYI truck specs are below:
2020 1500
5.7 Hemi - Stock
Laramie - basic level
Crew - 5'7" bed
My mods:
Real genuine MOPAR trailer brake - been in months no errors
I have slightly larger tires 275/60/R20 - I calibrated the speedometer - very accurately using 3 different GPS programs and 2 different attempts on different days/weather.
Tailgate Ajar - is turned on
Fog Lights on with Highbeams - very rural area with lots of deer.
Miles 59,236
I do not think any of the above Mods with AlphaOBD are a factor.

So, thanks for your efforts in advance.
Has anybody had this happen or aware of this type of behavior?
Please let me know. I did not find anything similar via search.

Probably just a fluke from rolling through car wash in neutral.

Maybe try and ETC (electronic throttle controller) relearn if the pedal is giving you trouble? If the little red lightning bolt is flashing in the EVIC that would indicate a problem with it.

Thanks for all the help.
How does one do an ETC relearn procedure?
There was no flashing red lightning light or steady other warning lights, and I think/hope it was just a moment of temporary insanity, so to speak. (I am praying to the electronic Gods.)
I do have AlphaOBD, a security cable, and an MX+ OBD reader to start such an operation. I just need, the instructions/recipe to get going if needed.
I have a 2 hr trip today for work so I will see if it self-repaired yesterday after the time out in the parking lot.
