having a issue

I purchased a 2025 ram big horn with the SO twin turbo yesterday. When i parked it and turned if off I heard a noise in the front drivers side wheel well. when i put my ear in it it sounds like a fan is running. kind of like the fans of a home computer moteum or rooter. It ran for 19 minutes before finally turning off. when i popped the hood, the engine was emitting high heat. I figured it was the initial drive and maybe was alittle hotter then usual for that reason. i figured i would drive it again today to work to see if i ran into the same issue again. sure enough when i got to work i heard that noise again when i turned the truck off. Again, 19 mins before it turned off. Does anybody know if this is normal? its my first twin turbo engine. thank you
