Hard shift from park. 😳

Whats up men. I just got my first oil change at the dealer. Since then, dont know if its from the cold but now when i shift from park to drive im getting a rough shift. Where i can hear and feel it. Trying to make the connection between that and my recent oil change . Any ideas

No connection what so ever.
If you switch gears when it’s cold and rpms have not returned to normal after starting, it will do this
