The wheel base area in my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie makes a loud grinding noise whenever I rotate the steering wheel all the way around to its max position, usually at low speeds when I'm trying to make a really tight turn or go around a circle. The sound comes from the undercarriage part of the truck and seems like either the wheel is scrapping the body of the truck or there's something with the moving parts in the axle. I took it to a dealership today and they said the sound is normal and is a result of the new generation electronic steering system in 2019 and newer Rams. Is that correct? Anyone else notice that?

I have a front inner fender well that the driver's side tire is rubbing on. This is with the wheel turned all the way to the left.
