grinding during acceleration

I have a 2019 3500 big horn that feels like a grinding from front end. I have taken this to 3 dealers and yes they all say it is not right but not sure what is causing this when hauling a trailer. They have changed torque converter, module in transmission, drive shaft, transfer case, and added friction modifier additive. Still making the noise. Only happens when you first take off while hauling a trailer. Feel the vibration thru the whole truck but sounds like it is up front.
