Hi everyone. I'm Tre from Columbus, GA. I purchased my 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn 4X4 on May 21st. It was my 1st purchase of a brand new vehicle but my 2nd Ram 1500, as I bought a 2007 Model back in 2010. I went from that to a 2009 Toyota Tundra. When the gas mileage was kicking my rear with a commute to Fort Benning everyday, and needing something to get me and my family around (wife and step sons), I then went to a 2014 Toyota Camry. (I know I know). A series of unfortunate events caused my situation to change to 1 that is without a family (divorce and an evil ex wife will do that). So where I live now is a but further from Fort Benning but I do well at the place I work so I went back to the gas commitment of a full size truck (back where I belong). Given all the research I did (and DAMN it was a lot) coupled with my past experience, I decided to go with the Ram. She had 126 miles on her when I took her home. I wanted to get a Crew cab rather than the smaller Quad cab but availability and cost made that impossible. Basically i had to decide between a 4X4 or a crew cab and where I live now along other places I go, I wanted the 4X4 more. Besides, it's me, the girlfriend and the 3 dogs now. The quad more than does the job. Hope to learn and contribute to the forum. Thanks!
