I have a 2020 Laramie. My truck was in the body shop for 6 weeks and while in there care my GPS crapped out. When I got it back the check engine light was on and found out they had killed the battery and had to boost it. I’ve since replaced the battery and still no luck. My question is it something they did or just a coincidence ? They took it to a Ram dealership and they said it’s not related. Thoughts ? Thanks for any opinions

They fried your air card in your radio module when they jumped the battery. See my other post

If you find that your issue is indeed the air-card, you can order a brand new one from this eBay Seller. I bought one for the same issue and now have full satellite reception and GPS fixed. The card was definitely brand new and packaged very well!

I originally bought a card from that other eBay seller that some have recommended and it did not work. It was very worn and scratched up. That seller is definitely selling "non-tested" hit-or-miss used parts and I do not recommend.

Go into the satellite page of your Navigation and see if any of the satellites are showing signal. If there’s no signal on any of them, then it is likely the air card.

At first I was not going to try and fix it, but these Ram trucks are so nice and the Native navigation has a very appealing layout. Hope you have good success in remedying your issue!
