Bought my first Ram after a 40 years of GM products. Bought a used 2019 Ram 1500 Limited. Love everything about the truck. Major upgrade from my Silverados. It has 40,000 on it now and can't get the GPS or Compass working. I assume the compass and GPS are unrelated as far as function. Did the circle thing and unhooked the battery. The gps coordinates matches the map, it is just about 500 miles north of here. Any thing else to try before I go the dealer route?

I can't remember what the fix is . It's either a complete swap of the radio or a software update .
