General transmission question

When coming up to a stop sign, the transmission shifts down like normal. But, if it’s a rolling stop, or not actually stopped for a few seconds, it stays in second gear, shifts hard into first when giving it gas, then proceeds as normal while accelerating. I alone on this? A tsb on this by chance? It’s annoying as hell.

There was a software flash for this kind of complaint that came out in early February. If you have not been to the dealer since before February, schedule an appointment and complain about this. They can then flash to tcm to address this. They will not do the update without a customer complaint. FCA bean counter policy.

Last time was December. Going in for oil change soon. Have them do it. Thanks.
