Fuse box issues

Last night I was reconnecting the power lead for an LED light strip and the lead slipped out of my fingers and brushed against the top of the one of the prongs below my starter relay. I can't seem to find any info about what they are, but now my truck will not start. It acts like it's started. The seat will move into the driving position but no crank or click from the starter. Almost every safety function shows needs service as well. Is there anything I can do? This is a 21 ram 1500 Laramie-5.7 eTorque.

You might start by testing every fuse. Could have blown one somewhere. Hopefully you didn't short out something major.

I finally found my scanner and ended up pulling the code U0100. The loss of communication with ECM/PCM A. So far no blown fuses have been found. It also appears those two prongs are attached directly to the fuse board. I'm afraid I may have fried the fuse board.
 
Lesson learned to always just disconnect the battery when installing any electrical components. Hopefully not an expensive lesson.

I wasn't installing anything. I had removed the positive and ground leads from the light strip weeks earlier but pinched them in the cover of the fuse box. I noticed that night that they were there, so i opened the cover to remove them. It brushed against one of the exposed mystery posts in my photo and gave a quick spark, followed by the truck shutting off and no longer starting.

Currently I've run through continuity on all circuits I could think of, with no issues found. So I've ordered a new fuse board and impatiently waiting for that to arrive...
 
Could it be the high current fuse array? It’s the set of fuses at the end of the box with nuts on them. It’s a one piece replacement for a bunch of fuses connected to the batteries , alternator, etc
