I remember one like that in Detroit, where you merge on and immediately need to cross 8 lanes of traffic to get to your exit on the left. It was a horrible, stupid thing I was lucky to survive.

In Baton Rouge, if you're heading west on I-10 where I-10 and I-12 merge, college drive is the first exit that comes up fast. You have to hurry up and cross 5 lanes with people flying by. Its a true test of agility and fast thinking.
