It's not about Trump being a "meanie". It's about him being an embarrassment to our country. How many active lawsuits are there against him right now? Forget the tax evasion stuff - it's things like rape and paying hush money to porn stars. If any one of you thinks he's innocent on all counts against him, you're lying to yourself. I was embarrassed when I had to explain some of those news stories to my daughter - about the President of the United States of America.
Everyone loves to mock Biden for his incomprehensible statements (me included). But Trump isn't really any better. The other side was mocking him mercilessly during his tenure for the same thing. And I'll be honest - I haven't heard one intelligent thing come out of his mouth. He sounds like a 3rd grader when he speaks - it's all generalities, circle-speak, and insults. The guy is a clown. Maybe there are some good brains behind him, but not inside of him.
The decision about our next president shouldn't be about choosing between Trump and Biden. For the love of Pete, we need some better options than either of these fools.
He may not be innocent but do you honestly believe that any one of your favorite politicians are not guilty of the exact same stuff? In fact the politicians get away with all of it unchecked. They started "investigating" Trump because he upset the apple cart and wasnt one of them. I also hope you are equally embarrassed to explain to your daughter about the current president and how he literally sniffs every child and gropes every female he comes into contact with. I sure hope you explain to her about how he gave the eulogy at a kkk leaders funeral or how "if you don't know whether to vote for me or Trump then you ain't black" comments. Make you you don't forget to tell her that the democrat party spied on Trumps campaign and how they paid for fake documents to set Trump up. Don't forget to tell her all of that too

I don't think anyone here is arguing in favor of Biden, or that we are better off now.
Quite the opposite, nobody wants more of the current flavor, and there is genuine fear that's exactly what we'll get if we don't get our nominee right.
I'm a results person and care less about the behavior (to my original rant).... but someone who doesn't get elected gets no results.

I’m still waiting for anyone who hates trump to tell me which of his policies they disagree with rather than say he was a meanie or a$&hole.

Roaring economy
Securing the boarder
School choice
Low gas prices
Low inflation
Low interest rates
Low unemployment
No foreign wars
Piece treaty in the Middle East
Building up our military
Cracking down on drug dealers
Seeking out and exporting illegal immigrant gang members
Cutting government regulations
Established the space force
Fighting the woke agenda
No critical race theory
Energy independence

If you were to ask me about those same subjects for Biden other than low unemployment I would site those same subjects as failures.

That’s just to name a few off the top of my head.

I personally do not know one person who hasn’t struggled or had to tighten their belt in the past 2 years. Are you better off now or 2 years ago?
Okay, I’ll bite:

  1. Reckless spending, particular in 2020, contributes to the current inflation.
  2. Supported Covid lockdowns.
  3. Supports vaccine mandates.
  4. Filled his cabinet with neocons like John Bolton and Mike Pompeii. I’ll give Trump credit that with those two, it’s amazing no new wars were started.
  5. Though no new wars were started under Trump, he continued the old wars and advocated for intervention in Iran, China, and North Korea.
  6. Didn’t end war in Iraq on his promised timeline.
  7. Increased tariffs meaning higher prices on domestic consumers and producers alike.
  8. His support for awful midterm candidates like Herschel Walker in my state, contributed to Democrats holding onto the majority.
  9. Turned the Republican Party away from the party that would at least talk about fiscal responsibility (even if they didn’t deliver) to one that no longer even pretends to care.
  10. Continued support for the fruitless drug war.
  11. Signed Patriot Act reauthorization and expanded FISA surveillance of US citizens.
  12. Said mean things on Twitter. (Just kidding; I enjoyed those)
Do I prefer Trump to Biden? Of course. But I wish he would not run again. His policies deserve legitimate criticism.

Like I said before, we need some choices rather than any of the garbage we have endured.

How did you explain Slick Willie to her? Hunter Biden, for heavens sake? JFK? FDR? Gerald Ford? Bush Sr.? Bush Jr.?

How did you explain Paulie P (gay hammer fetish? What?)? How do you explain the trannie cabinet members?

How do you explain the internet?

In all that is a lame excuse. Just a bandwagon to ride on. Obama was a fantastic orator. He gave a good speech, was clear and succinct. Could talk without an earpiece telling him his words. Awful president. Values for true equality were in the toilet.

No, Trump is smart and educated, he just is not there to impress those who are impressed by themselves. He speaks his mind. When there was an event at the palace in England the Queen, God rest her soul, was delighted to have The Donald there. It's called a personality. Our current clown is tolerated as he poops himself.

It's not easy to fight all the press and much of the brainwashed public while rebuilding a country that has been in demo mode for 8 years.
