I bought my 2025 Limited 5 weeks ago. The engine light was on before I left the dealership, but was told it was related to fuel tank and i should drive it. I brought back to dealership and was told it was a sending unit, but they didn't have the part. I was told to keep driving it... the light didn't go off, a fan made noise while driving and when whirring to a stop after driving. There are issues with the air ride suspension, phone charger, but I am most concerned about the fuel economy. When I brought the truck back to the dealership the second time, they said it had a coolant leak... and a couple other things wrong. Parts were back ordered but I was happy to get a used loaner vehicle. I got my truck back and, although the hwy mpg got up to over 18... I am averaging 15 - 16 mph highway while driving on I90 toll from Chicago to Toledo. I have 2846 miles on the truck now. I averaged between 17 and 18 on the drive from Ohio to Illinois on Friday. My 2019 Ram limited with hemi was a great truck, averaged better hwy mpg, air ride worked the entire time I owned the truck. I need to bring the truck back to the dealer again for air ride and phone charger (software?) They said mpg is normal and should improve later. Has anyone else had these concerns? The dealer people are very nice and professional, but the truck has had issues.

Just got mine the other night, 25 Limited. Averaged 20.9 from Dallas to San Antonio. Stopped to top off before getting home and averaged 22.9 in the last 60 mile stint in the hills. Seems to be a little better than my hemi with the 3.92 rear end.

So far I'm getting 17.4 mpg combined city/highway average hand calculated after 2,000 miles.
I figure that isn't bad considering the Rebel has 3.92 gears a 1 inch lift and not economy oriented 33" A/T tires.

Over 3700 miles so far
AVG city/HWY on SO engine has been 20 MPG - avg speed in HWY 70 MPH going uphill
City only is around 16MPG with a lot of stop and go.

Why are you concerned about the fuel economy? It sounds like you are getting what the window sticker for a 25 limited with HO Hurricane should be getting.

The window sticker on my 23 Limited with Hemi says it should get a few MPG better than the 25 with HO Hurricane but the HO is rated at 150 HP more than the Hemi so there is a cost to that higher HP.

I have a 25 rebel. About 1500 miles now. My gas mileage is awful. Around 10-13. Mpg. Towed an aluminum trailer. Empty. Weighing 1100 lbs. on the highway about 70 mph. Got 9 miles to the gallon. I’m very concerned

25 warlock with 3.55 gears avg 19mpg through the mountains of WV. 1100 miles on it so far. I averaged 22mpg on a 400mile highway round trip to central pa.

2025 Limited. I get about 13 mpg. But.. I drive with my foot in it. That SST H.O. is FUN to drive. I forget it's a big truck.
