I'm experiencing when I have my bed loaded with my ATV or any heavy load the fuel door pops open, anyone else have this issue. Thanks.

Do you have a long or short bed? Body flex may be the cause, would be my guess.
Uneven terrain that could cause the suspected body flex?
To answer your question - I have never had that occur with my truck, I have a short bed and may not have had a similar weight in the truck. I have loaded the bed with what I consider "heavy items", but I have never moved an ATV in my truck, and for the most over level terrain.

Have not had that much of weight in my bed but yes, bed flexing is most likely causing it, does not look like the latch can be adjusted either.
Duct tape? or a DIY magnetic latch that can accommodate the flexing.
